    Payment Terms

    Supply, Installation & Commissioning:

    • 40% of the quotation total (including VAT) to be paid upon acceptance.
    • The remaining 60% of the invoice total (including VAT) to be paid 14 days following the installation date.
    • 100% of the quotation total (including VAT) to be paid upon acceptance.
    • Payment shall be in pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed with the company.
    • TLJ Security Systems reserves the right to withold the software activation code until the customers account has been settled.


    • Prices are net and valid for 3 months from the date of quotation.
    • Pricing assumes that the work is carried out during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 and the customer provides complimentary accommodation for our engineers during the installation.


    • Installation is currently 5-6 weeks from receipt of order.
    • Confirmation of lock handing will be required with the order.
    • All doors must be pre hung on site prior to any installation visit.
    • Installation cost is based on 20 locks minimum per day. Lost time due to failure of others will be charged at an additional rate of £350.00 per day.
    • PC requirements-Minimum OS Windows Vista/XP/7. Not MAC compatible.


    • All locks will be delivered to site by TLJ on the confirmed date of installation.
    • For supply only the delivery charge will be charged to the buyer at the amount agreed in the quotation.


    • The customer must contact our Technical Support Department on 0845 075 0006 prior to returning any goods.
    • No goods will be accepted without an authorised returns number.
    • The TLJ Returns Procedure is available upon request.


    • All equipment comes with a 12 month return to base warranty.
    • The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any goods that were delivered faulty or have developed a fault during normal and proper use.
    • The above warranty will not apply if any alterations have been made to the product, it has been abused or physically damaged in any way, it has been used for purposes for which it was not designed, or by faulty installation, maintenance or repair carried out by either the buyer or a third party.
    • Should the goods need replacing the remaining warranty will be transferred to the replacement goods.
